Counsel your
family’s future
deserves.

For high-income professionals, families, and business owners who measure success in decades — not quarters.

I.

You have worked hard to build what you have. The next question is what it becomes.

Wealth well managed is rarely wealth managed loudly. It is patient work — a sequence of considered decisions, made on your terms, in your time.

Eagle’s Crest Advisors was built to pair the discipline of a financial institution with the warmth of a family office. That means fewer clients, deeper relationships, and strategies written for your life — not for a quarterly narrative.

Our counsel spans the whole of a financial life: the investments, certainly, but also the taxes, the estate, the business transition, the milestones that rewrite every plan. We sit across the table with you for each of them.

II.

Five disciplines, one conversation.

01 / Financial Planning

A plan, drafted like a home.

A living plan, revisited each year and rewritten when life does. Cash flow, goal funding, insurance — the things that make every other decision clearer. We map the years ahead the way an architect drafts a home — for how you intend to live in it, not how it looks on paper. The plan is the room where every other conversation begins.

III.

A firm built on relationships — led by the people you’ll actually meet.

Private wealth counsel is a trade practiced in person, over time. Meet the advisors whose names sit beside yours on every plan.

A Word from the Managing Partner

New address. Same standard.

One minute with Imtiyaz on why he joined Eagle’s Crest — and what the firm’s next chapter looks like for the families it serves.

Imtiyaz Nathoo

Managing Partner · CFP® · CWS® · Senior Financial Advisor

Nearly two decades working alongside ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families have shaped the way Imtiyaz thinks about wealth: growing it matters, but protecting it, structuring it intelligently, and making sure more of it stays where it belongs matters just as much.

“The plan should not just grow wealth — it should defend it, structure it efficiently, and transfer it the right way at the right time.”

As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and Certified Wealth Strategist®, he brings both technical foundation and strategic depth. His process begins with protection, then builds planning into one integrated approach where each piece strengthens the others. At the end of the day, he is a husband and a proud girl dad — and there is nothing that sharpens the instinct to protect what matters more than that.

Reese Linton

Managing Partner · CFP® · Senior Financial Advisor

More than two decades in financial services have taught Reese one enduring truth: the best financial plans are built on trust, and trust begins with really listening. His practice spans the full picture — retirement, estate, tax, and wealth planning — because every piece of a client’s financial life is connected, and no single piece should be left untended.

“Good gardens and good plans have the same foundation: you have to understand the soil before you plant anything. I take the time to listen first, so what we build together actually takes root.”

Reese is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™. Patient by nature and genuinely curious about the people he serves, he doesn’t rush the process. Because a plan left unattended doesn’t thrive — and neither does a client relationship without someone truly invested in it.

A proud Floridian, Reese has spent his entire career serving clients all over the country. At home, he is a husband, father of three, and a grandfather who knows firsthand that the best things in life are worth protecting.

IV. · How We Work

A measured process, for unhurried decisions.

01 / Listening

A first conversation.

No pitch, no prospectus. We learn about you — your family, your work, the decisions already on your mind.

02 / Reading

Understanding the picture.

We review what exists: the accounts, the returns, the existing plans. We identify the gaps before we propose a step.

03 / Designing

A plan, written to last.

A strategy with specifics. Investments, tax positioning, estate structure, timing. Delivered in plain English, revisited annually.

04 / Stewarding

The long conversation.

The work doesn’t end at the plan. We steward it through markets, milestones, and the moments that rewrite everything.

A conversation is
always the first step.

Thirty minutes. No obligation. Just a chance to see whether our counsel is right for the decisions ahead of you.
